LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Visitors continued to pack the aisles yesterday at the third day of Clean '07, swamping exhibitor booths to see the latest in drycleaning technology.

"This has been the best show ever," says Trudy Adams, director of customer service and sales for Conklin, N.Y.-based Cleaners Supply. "It's the turnout — the customers have been fabulous. There has been no downtime at all."

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — The International Fabricare Institute (IFI) threw a 100th anniversary party last night at Planet Hollywood Resort in conjunction with Clean '07 in Las Vegas, ending the blowout bash with a surprise — that the association will be known as the Drycleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI) from this day forward.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Showgirls met with crowds in Las Vegas this morning to mark the opening of Clean '07 — a fitting beginning for what looks to be the highest-stepping Clean Show in years.

The entrance and registration desks teemed with visitors to the 30th anniversary edition of the world's largest textile-care trade show well in advance of its 10:00 a.m. start time. Officials of the show's six sponsor associations joined to cut the ribbon, allowing a flood of visitors to enter.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Only five days remain for drycleaners to take advantage of low early registration fees for Clean ’07. Through May 21, registration — covering all four days of exhibits and educational sessions — is only $50; afterward, attendees must register on-site at the cost of $85.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, headquarters hotel for the International Fabricare Institute (IFI) during Clean ’07, opened under its new name last week and revealed plans for a complete rebranding of the property formerly known as the Aladdin.
