Affiliates of Leading Cleaners Internationale (LCI), a marketing consortium of couture cleaners, met recently in New York for an in-depth educational meeting. The spring program brought LCI affiliates together from throughout the United States and Canada for ongoing improvement of their ownership skills.
The meeting featured an informative presentation about social networking from John Zimmerman of E-Rocket Fuel Inc. LCI affiliates made presentations covering growth, creating a company culture, strategic planning and customer retention.
