Milnor Washer-Extractor: Consistent Load to Load

Milnor’s high-speed 30022 V8Z (60-pound capacity) rigid-mount washer-extractor made its international debut at Clean ’11.

The washer has a new welded H-frame that fits through a 36-inch door, a new door design with an easy-to-use handle, and consistent 300-G, high-speed extract. Precise basket rotation means the washer is wetcleaning-capable.

In addition to these new features, the washer is equipped with the innovative MilTouch™ touch-screen control, including a USB port for simplified formula transfer and backup.

The MilTouch control allows the operator, owner and chemical vendor unprecedented control over selected wash formula, time, water level, RPMs, and chemistry, Milnor says.

In addition to the USB port, the MilTouch controller’s microprocessor has 2 GB of solid-state disc storage, with the ability to expand with an SD memory card. The washer also has connectivity through an Ethernet port. This can be used to manage the formula database, productivity information and machine’s log files.
